Shipping - Returns - Privacy - Security - Terms of Use

Shipping:

•Standard shipping within the U.S. is by Priority Mail.
•The charge for standard Shipping and Handling is $6.95 for orders up to $75.00, and free for any order over $75.00.
•Two day mail is available for $13.95.
•Shipping to Canada is by regular mail. The Shipping and Handling charge for orders to Canada is $10.95.

Limitations: Two day service is not available to a PO Box, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO addresses, or Canada. We are unable to ship Overseas at this time.

Delivery: Orders are processed within 2 business days. For standard shipping your order should arrive within 5 business days from the date your order was placed.

Returns:

At Organic Complexion we unconditionally guarantee our products. If your product is damaged or defective, or you are not satisfied with it for any reason, you may return it within 90 days for a refund of the amount paid plus tax (if any). In the case of damaged or defective products we will also refund shipping and handling. Refunds will be credited to your credit card. Please fill this out and send along with the product. If you want a product replaced because it was damaged in transit, just check the appropriate box on the return slip, and we will replace it instead of issuing a refund.

*In the event that you may not be pleased with your Organic Complexion products – Please contact us and we will gladly recommend other brands to suit your specific skin care needs.

Privacy Policy:

Your privacy is important to us. We will only use your information to process your order or communicate directly with you. We will not sell, trade or give away any information you give us.

2Checkout.com, Inc. (2CO) is the authorized retailer of goods and services provided by Daniel Pry Organic Complexion. As such 2CO is responsible for credit card processing. We have reviewed their privacy policy and find it to be following industry standards. You may read the 2CO privacy policy here.

You may opt out of receiving non order-related emails from us by sending an email here (specials @ organiccomplexion.com) stating your request.
